The world's highest tropical rainforest integrated into a residential tower

Safa One introduces a concept that does not exist elsewhere in Dubai or globally: a functional tropical rainforest installed at the 40th floor level of a residential building. DAMAC Properties developed this project with Killa Design, the architecture firm responsible for the Museum of the Future. Interior design direction comes from de Grisogono, the Swiss haute joaillerie house founded by Fawaz Gruosi. Tower A rises 57 floors, Tower B reaches 40 floors, both positioned directly against Safa Park on Sheikh Zayed Road. The exterior features sculptural curves rather than flat facades, with landscaped terraces winding around the building envelope.

Killa Design's sculptural geometry meets de Grisogono's jewelry approach

Killa Design applied the same design philosophy used for the Museum of the Future: flowing lines, non-repetitive floor plates, and integrated greenery at multiple levels. The facade avoids the grid pattern common to most Dubai towers. De Grisogono's involvement extends beyond branding to actual material selection. Greek Volakas marble in polished finish covers living and dining floors. Italian Cipollino Nuvolate green marble appears on feature walls. Door joinery uses high-gloss wood with metal insets, a signature detail from the jewelry house's boutique designs. The triple-height lobby displays sculptures inspired by the 200 bird species documented in adjacent Safa Park.

Duplexes from floor 40 with private pools and hydroponic gardens

The Eminence Collection occupies floors 40 to 61 of Tower A exclusively. Two-bedroom duplexes span floors 40 to 47, three-bedroom units floors 48 to 53, four-bedroom residences floors 54 to 57. Five-bedroom penthouses crown the building at floors 58 to 61. Every duplex includes a private pool, a hydroponic garden system, and double-height terraces. Floor-to-ceiling glazing extends across both levels of each unit. This configuration targets buyers seeking altitude and privacy beyond what standard high-rise apartments offer. The unit mix deliberately excludes studios and one-bedroom layouts in the upper collection.

No other residential tower of this height stands adjacent to a park of this scale on Sheikh Zayed Road. This proximity creates unobstructed green views unavailable in Downtown, Marina, or JBR. Burj Khalifa is 7 minutes away by car. Dubai International Financial Centre sits 9 minutes out. Palm Jumeirah requires 16 minutes. Dubai International Airport and Dubai Harbour both fall within a 14-minute drive.

Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. Freehold status allows buyers of any nationality to own outright.
