Riverton House rises 19 storeys above a four-level podium and ground-floor retail strip. Ellington Properties chose an industrial aesthetic with exposed structural framing that segments the facade into vertical bays. The building sits on the southern edge of Mohammed Bin Rashid City, directly facing the neighbourhood's central lagoon. Completion is scheduled for June 2028, and all residential units are sold as freehold. Pricing starts around AED 2.2 million for entry-level one-bedroom layouts.

Ground-floor retail and double-height lobby

The base of the tower hosts commercial premises earmarked for cafés, a small grocery, and service outlets. The residential lobby spans two floors in height, finished with large-format porcelain tiles and textured plaster walls echoing the raw facade language. A built-in coworking nook near the concierge desk provides five workstations with lagoon promenade views. Art pieces curated by Ellington's in-house design team punctuate the space, maintaining a muted palette of warm beige and soft green.

Unit mix from one to three bedrooms, study variants available

Floor plates include one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments, each offered with an optional enclosed study. Floor-to-ceiling glazing wraps the living zones, maximising daylight penetration throughout the day. Kitchens feature stone-composite islands, integrated appliances, and concealed storage behind handleless cabinetry. Master bathrooms include walk-in showers with fixed glass screens and perimeter LED lighting.

Infinity pool aligned with the lagoon horizon

The main pool occupies the podium rooftop on level five. It stretches 25 metres and ends in an infinity edge that visually merges with the lagoon below. A 1.2-metre-deep baja shelf runs along the southern side, hosting submerged loungers. Fabric cabanas provide adjustable shade, and the adjacent pool lounge operates a refreshment counter from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

Club lounge and supper club for resident gatherings

The club lounge on the same level offers a billiard table, a chess corner, and full-grain leather seating arranged facing panoramic windows. Next door, the supper club functions as a communal dining hall with a central bar island and high stools. Residents can book the space for private events of up to 30 guests. A professional-grade kitchen allows catered service or self-catering for simpler preparations.

Proposed metro line under 400 metres away

The planned Meydan metro station sits less than 400 metres from the main entrance, roughly a one-minute walk once operational. The D71 highway (Meydan Road) is a three-minute drive, placing Downtown Dubai 14 minutes away in average traffic. Dubai International Airport is also reachable in 14 minutes. Bukadra remains a low-density pocket within MBR City, with plots currently under development for schools and retail expected to open by 2027.
