Golf Acres comprises a ground floor, a podium, sixteen residential floors and a rooftop. That makes it the tallest among the projects Emaar currently has lined up around its golf course, where Golf Verge tops out at 12 levels and Golf Meadow at 15. The scheme mixes 1 to 3 bedroom apartments with 3 bedroom townhouses, the latter positioned at the base of the tower. The contemporary facade uses earthy tones that blend into the green landscape around it. Handover is scheduled for 31 December 2028, on a freehold basis.

Five minutes from Al Maktoum Airport

This airport is set to become the largest in the world once fully built out, and Emaar South has been developed with that outlook in mind. The development rides on expected growth along Dubai's southern corridor, driven by Al Maktoum Airport and Expo City. Emaar keeps launching new residential projects there, a sign of its confidence in the area. For buyers, that means a setting that is still evolving, but with a developer that controls the entire master plan. The risk lies more in the district's timeline for maturing than in the quality of construction.

Golf Acres carries the name of Emaar Properties, a developer that has delivered more than 115,000 residential units and has over 42,000 more underway. Its market capitalisation stood at AED 71.7 billion at the end of 2023, with a net profit of AED 5.3 billion in the first half of 2024. It is the largest real estate developer outside China, active in more than twelve markets. For a project handing over in 2028, that financial strength matters, particularly when it comes to sticking to timelines. Emaar is also the creator of Emaar South, which aligns the developer's interests with the full build-out of the district.
