Golf Vale is therefore aimed at expats looking for greenery and amenities within walking distance. The presence of 3 bedroom townhouses widens the target to families who want a ground floor garden setup without leaving the building. The freehold structure allows foreign buyers to own outright. The second buyer profile is the golfer, whether a resident or a buy to let investor, drawn by the direct address on the course. Entry prices at Emaar South still sit below Dubai Hills or Creek Harbour, which matters for a first purchase in Dubai.
