Golf Trails belongs to the Emaar Properties portfolio, a group that reports more than 200,000 residential units delivered and 53,000 under development. The developer posted revenue of AED 49.6 billion and a market capitalisation of AED 124.2 billion at the end of 2025. At Emaar South, it is rolling out a complete master plan built around the golf course, surrounded by retail, a clubhouse, schools and parks. The property is sold freehold, a full ownership structure open to foreign buyers. For an investor, the main question is really about the area's growth trajectory: Emaar South is banking on the rise of Al Maktoum and Expo City through to 2030.
