Emaar Properties posted revenue of AED 35.5 billion and net profit of AED 17.5 billion for fiscal year 2024. The group reports more than 118,400 residential units delivered and over 50,500 under development, across ten markets. Emaar South is part of its expanding master plans, alongside other golf-focused projects such as Golf Verge in the same area. This financial footing limits the risk of delays or cancellation, a decisive factor for an off-plan purchase with a four-year handover.
