Golf Dale brings together two residential towers on a single plot within Emaar South. The first rises to 11 storeys, the second to 14, both with a ground floor and a rooftop terrace. The target buyer is clear: expat families and golfers looking for a house or apartment surrounded by greenery, within reasonable reach of Dubai's job centers. The five golf-front townhouses appeal to buyers ready to pay for the rarity of direct course access. Proximity to Al Maktoum Airport also draws frequent travelers. This is a long-term project, built for living in rather than for chasing a quick flip.

Emaar and the Emaar South bet

Emaar Properties has delivered more than 115,000 residential units and still has over 42,000 homes under construction. The group reported a market capitalization of AED 71.7 billion for fiscal year 2023 and a net profit of AED 5.3 billion in the first half of 2024. Emaar South is one of its master plans gaining momentum, tied to the growth of the airport and Expo City. Golf Dale belongs to the same family as Golf Meadow and Golf Verge, other buildings from the developer set along this same course. The late 2028 handover timeline gives the district time to mature before residents move in.
