About this project

Nearly one unit in four is an office: Winslow bets on Meydan Horizon's professional crowd

Out of the 260 units that make up Winslow by IGO, 62 are offices. They sit across four podium levels, below 190 apartments and above 8 retail units on the ground floor. Invest Group Overseas (IGO) is behind this 23 storey tower in Bukadra, part of the Meydan Horizon district, and is marketing one, two and three bedroom apartments alongside the commercial space. Handover is scheduled for the second quarter of 2028, on a 60/40 payment plan. For an investor, what sets this project apart has less to do with the podium pool than with the share of office space, which is unusual at this scale among residences in the area.

62 offices stacked across four levels

The offices occupy levels 1 to 4. The smallest units start at around 525 square feet (about 49 sqm), a size that suits consultancies, agencies and property management firms looking for an address outside Business Bay. On the ground floor, eight retail units are meant to cover everyday needs for residents and office workers alike. This setup builds in a captive customer base for the shops and creates daytime activity that purely residential towers don't have. There's a trade off too. Common areas and elevators will be shared between the two uses, a point worth checking in the circulation plans before signing anything.

190 apartments, floors 6 to 23

The official brochure places the apartments between the sixth and twenty third floors, eighteen residential levels in total. The GenieMap listing mentions twenty three floors of housing, a discrepancy that should be confirmed with the developer. One bedroom units start at roughly 753 square feet (70 sqm), which puts them at the upper end for this apartment type in Dubai. Two bedrooms start around 1,158 square feet and three bedrooms around 1,597. The largest units go up to 2,992 square feet, close to 280 sqm, which opens the project to families rather than just short term renters.

TOTO fittings, thermal break windows and home automation

The spec sheet is more detailed than most launch brochures. Bathrooms come with TOTO sanitary ware, fully tiled porcelain walls and vanity units with porcelain countertops and built in mirrors. Kitchens are fitted with European built in microwave, oven, cooktop and refrigerator, plus a freestanding washing machine. Windows use a thermal break aluminum system with double glazing, a detail that matters for cooling bills under local weather conditions. Every apartment includes a home automation system and built in wardrobes in the bedrooms.

Infinity pool, pickleball courts and an outdoor cinema

The infinity pool sits on the podium level, facing the skyline. Around it, a landscaped terrace, outdoor lounges, a juice bar and a barbecue area form the social core of the building. The project also adds an outdoor cinema screen and pickleball courts, a sport still rare in Meydan residences. A jogging track, an equipped gym, a multipurpose room and two children's play areas (one indoor, one outdoor) round out the list. The indoor play area confirms that the family market is being taken seriously here.

Five minutes from Ras Al Khor, ten from the airport

According to the developer, Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary is five minutes away by car, Nad Al Sheba Mall nine minutes and Meydan Golf ten minutes. DXB Airport is about ten minutes away, Dubai Mall twelve and Dubai Festival City thirteen. DIFC, at twenty two minutes, is further than one might expect for a finance oriented asset. The tower relies on the E44, E66 and D77 roads, with no metro station announced nearby. These drive times assume smooth traffic and should be treated as rough estimates.

60/40 plan, launch date still unconfirmed

In practice, the 60/40 plan means 60% of the price is paid during construction and 40% at handover. This structure is standard in Dubai and doesn't include any installments after key handover. The property is freehold, so it's open to foreign buyers. The listing states that the official launch date will be announced later, even though handover is already set for June 2028. This tight window between launch and handover is worth watching closely, particularly the construction milestones the developer publishes along the way.
