Skipping studios rules out the low-budget single-occupant crowd from the start. Skipping larger layouts rules out big families too. What's left is a specific niche: working couples, small families with one child, or professionals commuting to Dubai or Sharjah who want more space for a lower rent. The developer quotes driving times from the complex. Ajman City Centre and Ajman Academy are listed at around 10 minutes. Ajman University, the International School of Choueifat, Al Hamriyah beach and Safeer Mall all fall within a 15-minute radius. Sharjah International Airport is 20 minutes away, Dubai's is 30 minutes away, figures that obviously depend on peak-hour traffic along the Sharjah-Dubai corridor. Having schools and a university nearby supports rental demand from both families and students.

GJ Properties keeps rolling out launches in Ajman

Barajeel Tower A is one of a series of projects from the same developer across the emirate. GJ Properties is simultaneously marketing Barajeel Tower B, the complex's twin tower, along with Bluebell Residence in Al Amerah and Infiniti Tower. This focus on a single market gives the developer solid insight into local demand. It also exposes buyers to a degree of internal competition: several hundred units from the same developer will hit the market within a tight timeframe. The architecture, drawing on barajeel wind-tower design with sand-toned facades and panoramic glazing, remains the main visual differentiator between these schemes.

Three years of construction to watch closely

A handover date set for December 2028 places this project firmly at the off-plan launch stage. Investors should check that the escrow account is registered with Ajman's regulator and ask for the construction milestones tied to each payment call. The available brochure doesn't spell out the payment plan or the exact unit count, two pieces of information worth obtaining before committing. The fact that two towers are being built on the same site also raises questions about phasing. Handing over Tower A ahead of Tower B would mean living next to an active construction site for a few months.
