Wynwood Horizon rises in Bukadra, a sub-district within the broader Meydan masterplan in Dubai. The building comprises 18 residential floors above a four-level podium, capped by a landscaped rooftop. Its positioning is notable: four man-made crystal lagoons stretch along the western edge, offering two kilometers of lounge decks, cabanas, and swimmable beaches. To the east, the Ras Al Khor sanctuary hosts 47 hectares of mangroves and nearly 450 species of birds, fish, and plants. Downtown Dubai and Dubai Mall are reachable in ten minutes by car, while the Dubai International Airport terminal is fifteen minutes away. Meydan Racecourse, home to the Dubai World Cup, lies seven minutes to the south. A future metro station is planned within walking distance as part of Dubai's rail expansion. Imtiaz Developments expands its Meydan footprint
Imtiaz Developments has intensified its presence along the southern Dubai corridor. The developer recently unveiled The Symphony in Bukadra, a 34-story tower designed by Zaha Hadid Architects. Wynwood Horizon follows a different path, foregrounding environmental context over signature architecture. The project targets handover in May 2028. Freehold ownership applies, allowing foreign nationals to hold full title, a standard provision in designated Dubai zones but one that buyers should verify at contract stage. The developer's track record now includes multiple mid-rise and high-rise projects across Dubailand, Dubai Islands, and Dubai South.

Wynwood Horizon addresses two buyer profiles. Families relocating to Dubai will find proximity to international schools, green public spaces, and lagoon beaches suited to weekend routines.
