Solaya 3 is the third building in a set of nine that Meraas is building on the Port De La Mer peninsula in Jumeirah. The project brings together Meraas and Brookfield Properties, two heavyweight names who handed the design work to Foster + Partners for architecture and 1508 London for interiors. The building has a basement, a ground floor, eight residential floors and a rooftop level. The collection mixes two to five bedroom apartments, ground floor residences with gardens, duplexes and penthouses. Handover is set for June 2029, on a freehold basis.

Foster + Partners facing both the sea and the city

From three bedrooms upward, every home has a formal kitchen plus a separate preparation kitchen. The five bedroom units on the second to top floor benefit from exposure across three sides of the building. Living rooms are positioned to catch the sea view through large window openings.

Spa, cinema and a shared Beach Park

Residents get access to an in house spa with sauna and treatment rooms, a gym and a fitness studio, a private cinema, a lounge and meeting rooms. Private gardens, pools and beachfront lounges round out the offering.
