1508 London designs the interiors of Port De La Mer's fourth building

Solaya 4 sits on the fourth plot of a nine-building scheme that Meraas is building on the Port De La Mer peninsula in Jumeira. 1508 London takes charge of the interiors

Meraas handed the interiors over to 1508 London, a firm known for high-end residential fit-outs around the world. The studio works with stone, wood and textured finishes, in a contemporary register that steers clear of the shiny marble typical of Dubai towers. Ceilings run high, floor plans are generous, and light pours in through wide windows. Glazed facades and deep terraces open the homes onto the sea and the city's skyline. It's a deliberate choice for open, airy living rather than boxed-in rooms.

Garden residences, duplexes and penthouses

The typology mix at Solaya 4 goes well beyond a standard apartment building. It includes garden residences at ground level, two-level duplexes and top-floor penthouses. Unit sizes range from two to five bedrooms, appealing to both couples and settled families. That variety allows the developer to sell to different buyer profiles within the same building.
