Solaya groups 234 residences spread across nine buildings set directly on the beach at La Mer, in Jumeira. Beach access runs directly from the gated residences. Services are available on request: housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, personal training, hairdressing, flower arrangements and private in home dining by reservation. Round the clock security, valet and doorman round out the offering.

Right next to J1 Beach and its thirteen addresses

Solaya sits right beside J1 Beach, the beachfront destination that lines up thirteen restaurants and beach clubs along the Jumeirah coast. Names there include Sirene Beach by Gaia, Gigi Rigolatto, Bâoli and African Queen, spots that carry the neighbourhood from a seaside lunch straight through to a late dinner. The surrounding hotel scene is dense too: Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah, Bvlgari Resort and Four Seasons Resort Dubai are all a few minutes away. City Walk, DIFC, The Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa remain a quick drive from here. This positioning suits buyers looking for beach living without stepping too far from the city's core.

An entry point aimed at the top end of the market

Solaya 7 is not built for first time buyers. The scale of the homes, the size of the layouts and the Meraas-Brookfield pairing place the project firmly in La Mer's high end segment.
