Solaya 6 is the sixth of nine towers Meraas is building on the Port De La Mer peninsula in Jumeira. Downtown Dubai, The Dubai Mall and the DIFC financial district are all around twenty minutes off. Dubai International Airport stays roughly half an hour away. The neighbourhood works as a residential enclave without being cut off from the city's main hubs.

The range of layouts clearly targets buyers settling in for the long term.
